Orders & Payments
Orders for our Swim Secure Products are placed through Swim Safe Malta, the main agents for Swim Secure Products. We only accept bulk orders for trade customers. Your agent will give you further details on box quantities and pricing. Full Payment is required upon placing an order. This will ensure your order is processed and shipped immediately. We are unable to process unpaid or part paid orders. In this case your order will be placed on hold until all funds are received and cleared.
Orders usually take up to 21 working days to process and ship to Malta. In the event of products becoming out of stock, your agent will notify you immediately and give you the choice of a replacement or refund.
If you are ordering from outside of the Maltese Islands, please contact the agent first as there might be an agent in your country who is able to deal with your order. In the event that your country does not have a swim secure agent, we will be more than happy to proceed with your order.
If you wish to purchase individual items at retail price contact the agent today who will direct you to your nearest retailer.
Returns & Faults:
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any Swim Secure product purchase. However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 30 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs). Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. We generally process refunds the day they arrive back to our manufacturers in the UK, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives then we will be happy to replace it for you. If an item becomes faulty after a period of time (after 30 days and up to 365 days after purchase) then please contact us before returning the item. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion provided it is returned to us within 365 days from the purchase date.
